Cancellations

Cancellations may be made within 2 hours of placing your order if the shipping label has not been created. All cancellation requests are treated on a case to case basis and may be denied. Cancellations are not accepted during major events and sales.

Returns, Exchanges, and Damaged Goods

Due to the handmade nature of my items I do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.

Mistakes do happen and I am always happy to correct any mistakes I made and make things right for you. If your order is incorrect, or any items are damaged or faulty please:

-Take a photo of your order/items that clearly shows the issue,

-Email the photo(s), your order number, and a description of the issue to info@midnightsnackstudio.com

After I have looked over your case I will email you to arrange a replacement or refund. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs to return items or to receive a replacement.

Modifying Order Details/Combining Orders

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to modify or combine an order. I will be unable to make any changes during sales, new releases, or other events.

Incorrect Addresses

I am not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, so please make sure to input your address correctly. Contact me immediately if you notice a mistake in your address. If your order has already shipped you will need to wait for it to be returned to me before I can reship it.

Shipping and Customs

I am not responsible for any customs or import duties, or any other postal charges that may be issued by your country. Any and all charges must be paid by the recipient so please make sure you are familiar with your local import laws before ordering.

Please note that I cannot track any orders if you do not purchase tracking at check out. And order is not considered missing until 15 business days have passed for domestic (Canadian) orders and 30 business days have passed for international orders (everywhere else).

Reselling and Artwork Licenses

My designs are 100% original and unique and have been created by me or a number of my team. All designs and items are for personal use only and are not be copied, imitated, resold, or redistributed without written permission. This includes repackaging and reselling my items as samples or any other way that would imply you are a licensed reseller of my products.
