Shipping policy

As you may be aware, shipping times have been significantly affected by COVID-19 and the mail is taking much longer than expected to arrive. There are currently no guarantees on shipping times and I am asking everyone to give their international orders 6-8 weeks to arrive. 

Shipping

In order to keep the cost of shipping down, I use standard untracked letter mail delivery unless you request and purchase a shipping upgrade. The following are estimates based on Canada Post's website.

Canada:
Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for most areas in Canada. If you have not received your order within 2 weeks of the shipping date, please contact me.

United States:
Shipping typically takes 1-3 weeks for most area in the United States. If you have not received your order within 4 weeks of the shipping date, please contact me.

International:
Shipping typically takes 1-8 weeks depending on where in the world you are. If you have not received your order within 8 weeks of the shipping date, please contact me.

Modifying Order Details/Combining Orders

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to modify or combine an order. I will be unable to make any changes during sales, new releases, or other events.

Incorrect Addresses

I am not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, so please make sure to input your address correctly. Contact me immediately if you notice a mistake in your address. If your order has already shipped you will need to wait for it to be returned to me before I can reship it.

Shipping and Customs

I am not responsible for any customs or import duties, or any other postal charges that may be issued by your country. Any and all charges must be paid by the recipient so please make sure you are familiar with your local import laws before ordering.

Please note that I cannot track any orders if you do not purchase tracking at check out. And order is not considered missing until 15 business days have passed for domestic (Canadian) orders and 30 business days have passed for international orders (everywhere else).
